A deck-building autobattler! Fight against other players' decks from past runs!

Gameplay:

  • There are two types of cards, attackers (red) and reflectors (blue).
  •  Reflectors will passively generate energy to be sent to attackers
  • When an attacker card gets enough energy, it will attack
  • When a reflector card is attacked, it reflects some of the damage into a friendly attacker's energy pool
  • A hand must contain at least one reflector and attacker to be valid

The enemies in the game are other player's runs when possible.

Run as a desktop application to ensure that networking works properly (the engine's web runner has some issues with CORS requests on web). The game can still be played against AI on the web.
As of 2024.10.28, the web version is happy on major browsers (the SSL youkai have been pleased).

Once you get past the hordes of other Okuu ice crystral combos, okuu ice crystal REALLY shines

Before then replacing that with charm is good.

Okuu, charm, charm, kappa mirror, ice crystal.

anyone got any ideas on shutting down Youmu combos? (that's this combo's crippling flaw)

also ice crystal, charm, alice, shanghai, shanghai meant Okuu could attacck THIRTY ONE TIMES in one turn

It's true that Okuu is a bit overtuned :)

By a player's 10th win, nearly 50% of all players they encounter use one. It looks like the most successful counters take advantage of Yukari (or Reisen) to try to directly attack Okuu and avoid tripping the ice crystals.

Highly addictive! What games did you take inspiration from?
My
[Charm] | [ Youmu ] | [ Shanghai ] | [ Ice Crystal ] | [ Charm ]
combo is UNSTOPPABLE : D

I’m glad that you enjoyed it! The main inspiration was Super Auto Pets, although I wanted to explore an attack/defense system kind of like Slay The Spire.
